We offer discounts when you order more than 3 identical bobbleheads. You will save on this production, but bulk production doesn't really start until you are ordering more than 50 units.

- If you have more than one unique design you want higher quantities of, each set of identical dolls is discounted independently (not added together).

Howthe Bulk Bobblehead Production Process Works
Step 1: Prototype Creation (1-2 weeks)
- Describe exactly what you want your bobblehead to look like. Send in photos, show examples of clothing, poses, etc, so we can design exactly what you want!
- We'll create a digital mockup based on your specifications for initial approval.
- Once confirmed, we'll create the physical prototype for your bulk bobblehead order. You will be able to review 360 photos and make as many edits as you like until it's perfect.
Step 2: Production (4-8 weeks)
- Once the prototype is approved, we create a mold using the design
- Your order goes into production and all the bodies and heads are created and baked
- Finishing touches such as stickers and touch-ups are completed
Step 3: Review & Shipment
- You'll be able to give your order a final review to make sure everything is to your liking.
- Shipment by sea is much cheaper, but it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery
- Air shipment is available for 1-2 week delivery

- Prototype Creation: 1-2 weeks
- Production: 4-8 weeks (depending on number of units)
- Shipping: 1-2 weeks by air, 4-6 weeks by sea
If you have an event that you need your bobbleheads for, we'll work with you on the timeline to make sure they get to you on time.
If you need rapid turnaround or have a hard deadline, please call us at 206-809-1356. Sometimes it can be accommodated for smaller quantities but is often significantly more expensive since our team will need to complete more of the steps manually and shift priorities to get them done.

- $250 Prototype Fee (refunded if the order moves forward)
- After the prototype is approved, we require a 50% payment to begin production.
Shipping, Tariffs & Logistics
Our quotes always include shipping and we handle all logistics for you.
Do not be misled by competitors showing low prices that exclude shipping - with us, you know exactly what you'll pay, with no surprises.
Due to the unpredictability of the current trade climate and the length of the order process, we do not cover the cost of tariffs on our quote and cannot guarantee a certain rate. The exact rate of tariffs at the time of shipment will be added to the customer bill.
As of November 17, 2025, the current tariff rate is 25%.
